Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EuroGuard AI website, platform, reports, and related services (the "Service"), operated by EuroGuard AI ("we", "us"), of Longford, Ireland. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EuroGuard AI provides automated EU AI Act risk classification, DORA gap-analysis, Safe Harbor reports and related compliance tooling for business users. Free tools generate preliminary guidance; paid reports are delivered as downloadable PDFs after successful payment.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind the organisation you represent. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Payments & billing

Paid reports are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated. Payment is due at time of purchase. Access to paid content is granted once payment is confirmed by our webhook.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or generated reports without a written licence.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to submit.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass rate limits, or access data of other users.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, our models, prompts, templates, and report structures. You retain ownership of content you submit. You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use generated reports for your own internal compliance purposes and to share them with your regulators, auditors, and counsel.

7. No legal advice

The Service provides preliminary compliance guidance and automated analysis only. It does not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making compliance decisions.

8. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event and (b) EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
