Digital reports
EuroGuard AI reports are digital content delivered immediately on payment. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance of a digital-content contract has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Despite this, we offer a discretionary refund in the following cases:
- The report failed to generate or download due to a technical fault on our side.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- The report is materially defective (e.g. empty, corrupted, wrong company).
How to request a refund
Email support@euroguard.ie within 14 days of purchase with:
- Your account email
- The Stripe receipt number or purchase date
- A short description of the issue
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days. Bank processing times are outside our control.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster by email.
